The Wake County, NC Court owes the FDIC $2 million in fines for failing to report unlawful income they have been collecting for years from unlawful orders for arrest
for people who have not been found guilty. Per section 23 of the N.C. constitution, a person cannot be arrested and charged fines unless and until they are proven guilty.
The attached screenshot taken from the Wake Court website shows the unlawful collection procedure. The Wake court owes refunds plus interest. The Wake Court has misled the FDIC which violates 18 USC 1005 and 18 USC 1007, and the penalty for each violation is $1 million.
The two people responsible for recordkeeping in the Wake County Court are Clerk Lorrin Freeman and Superior court judge in residence Donald Stephens, per NCGS 7A-105, NCGS 7A-109 and NCGS 7A-112.
