NC court computer system doesn’t contain field to enforce probable cause hearings

Per NCGS 15A-606, probable cause hearings are supposed to occur BEFORE jury trials. But no court form exists to enforce probable cause hearings, and the court computer system doesn’t even contain a field to allow a clerk to input a date for a probable cause hearing. This obstructs justice for potentially everyone who ever was, is or will be a misdemeanor defendant in NC.
