This email from Tom Ryan says he owns an @ home healthcare franchise. But a search of New York’s corporate database shows that he does not. There is currently only one @ home healthcare listed, and it is an inactive corporation. Therefore, Tom Ryan cannot legally hire employees (like Carrie Ann Shakespeare AKA Kira Vayner) nor can he legally bill his elderly clients’ Medicaid or Veterans’ pension plans.
